coaches who are ready and willing to increase their individual effectiveness by learning advanced skills and strategies that directly impact personal and professional success.
The needs of rookie assistants, enthusiastic newcomers and burnt out head coaches will all be addressed. We have identified the following as target benefactors of The Coaches Academy:
- Rookie coaches at all levels
- Coaches ready to advance from assistant to head positions
- Coaches switching divisions
- Coaches experiencing frustration and burnout
- Coaches who need/want an opportunity to advance
their professional skill levels
In the company and understanding of other coaches, you will have the opportunity to talk and listen with others to gain support and learn new tools and strategies. Our faculty is talented and caring, knowledgeable and willing to share their unique and powerful insights and experiences of coaching student athletes. Their dedication and commitment is to assist in teaching you new and advanced skills to coach for success and significance.
